So My Dog destryed a pillow that Karen Dubbed "Miss October," since it was from that month in 1979! She had a good run, for sure, but continues to live on, since I used her innards to make the afros of these bowling pins last night.

Jigsaw Kiss Painting

this painting is based on part of the music video animation I'm working on. I constructed this one in a different way than usual. Since I drew the frames over and over so many times in the animation, the image stayed fresh in my mind. Rather than painting the hidden faces of myself and Karen, then the objects that conceal the faces,I painted the objects, such as the elephant and alligator, first. After doing all of the individual pieces, our faces were there already.
